Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to The DS3 Group LLC, doing business as MoneyMaker’s Mindset (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our websites, including www.pjsands.com and www.theds3group.com (collectively, the “Site”), and any related programs, coaching, trainings, digital products, events, communities, and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines or rules we post. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

2) Who We Serve

Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

3) Services Provided

We provide education, coaching, community, and digital resources for entrepreneurs and professionals, including (without limitation):

  • MoneyMaker’s Mindset coaching programs and memberships (including Travel Inner Circle)
  • Trainings, workshops, webinars, and live/virtual events
  • Business strategy, systems, marketing, and web/AI strategy content and services (as applicable)
  • Digital content, templates, downloads, and replays
  • Community access (including Kajabi community spaces and any private groups we operate on third-party platforms)

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time.

4) No Professional Advice / No Guarantees

Educational purposes only. Our content and coaching are for educational and informational purposes and are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other professional advice.

No earnings guarantees. Any examples, income references, or results shared are not promises or guarantees. Your outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (including your effort, experience, market conditions, and execution). You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

5) Accounts, Access, and Security

If you create an account (including through Kajabi), you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6) Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

We may offer one-time purchases and/or recurring memberships/subscriptions. Payments may be processed through Kajabi Payments and/or PayPal (and any other processors we enable).

By purchasing, you authorize us (and our processors) to charge your payment method for:

  • the purchase price, taxes (if applicable), and any recurring subscription fees
  • renewals until you cancel (for subscriptions)

Cancellation: If a membership is recurring, you can cancel future renewals according to the cancellation instructions provided in your account portal or purchase confirmation. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past charges.

7) ALL SALES FINAL / NO REFUNDS

All Services, programs, classes, memberships, events, workshops, trainings, coaching sessions, digital products, downloads, templates, replays, and any other purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes (without limitation) partial participation, missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to use the Services.

8) Digital Products + License to Use (No Sharing)

When you purchase or access any digital content (including replays, recordings, templates, courses, downloads, resources, and written materials), you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your personal or internal business use only.

No sharing whatsoever. You may not share, forward, distribute, reproduce, display, upload, post, sell, sublicense, or otherwise provide any recordings, replays, screenshots, slides, templates, worksheets, resources, links, portals, community content, or other materials (“Materials”) to any other individual or entity. This prohibition includes sharing with:

  • your company affiliates or partners
  • your independent contractors, volunteers, employees, team members, or assistants
  • any individual’s enrolled company staff or representatives
  • any friends, clients, or social media audiences

You may not grant access to your account, login, or any Materials to any third party. Any unauthorized sharing may result in immediate removal from the program and termination of access without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us.

9) Intellectual Property

All Site and Service content—including logos, trademarks, videos, trainings, text, graphics, templates, frameworks, methods, and Materials—is owned by the Company and/or PJ Michelle Douglas Sands and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written permission.

10) Community Spaces (Kajabi, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Other Platforms)

If you participate in our communities (including Kajabi community spaces and any private groups on WhatsApp, Facebook, or other platforms), you agree to follow posted community rules and to keep the space respectful and professional. We may remove content or restrict access for behavior that includes, without limitation:

  • harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive conduct
  • spamming, solicitation, or unauthorized promotions
  • sharing confidential member information
  • sharing or reposting any Materials outside the community

Platform note: Third-party platforms have their own terms and privacy settings. Your profile name, photo, and activity may be visible to other members based on platform settings.

11) Recording & Transcription Notice

Live trainings, coaching calls, and virtual events may be recorded and/or transcribed with notice and as permitted by law for replay access, training, documentation, quality assurance, and internal operations. If you do not want to be recorded, follow the instructions provided during the session (for example, staying off-camera or using chat).

12) User Content

If you submit content (posts, comments, testimonials, questions, uploads), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Services. We may request permission before using testimonials publicly, but you agree we can use feedback internally for training and improvement.

You represent that you have the rights to anything you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

13) Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site or Services to:

  • violate laws or regulations
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • interfere with Site operation (malware, scraping, bots, attacks)
  • impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
  • copy/redistribute content in violation of these Terms

14) Third-Party Services and Links

We may link to or integrate third-party tools and platforms (including Kajabi, PayPal, WhatsApp, Facebook, scheduling tools, CRMs, and analytics). We are not responsible for third-party sites, tools, or their privacy practices.

15) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

16) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits/revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event.

17) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, Services, or community spaces at any time, in our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or community guidelines. If we terminate access due to unauthorized sharing or misuse, no refund will be issued.

18) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Texas and U.S. law.

19) International Use

The Company operates in the United States and The Bahamas. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand your information may be processed and stored in the United States, The Bahamas, and other locations where our service providers operate.

20) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
