Black Friday With No Sale? Here’s Your CEO Play (Inner Circle Edition)
Nov 28, 2025
Black Friday is here, and I have one question for you: Did you post a sale today?
- If you did—good. Visibility loves consistency.
- If you didn’t—you’re not behind. You’re human.
For a lot of solopreneurs and small business owners—especially travel pros, health & life insurance brokers, realtors, and service-based CEOs—this season can feel like a full-contact sport. You’re closing deals, handling client needs, managing family, and trying to keep your business moving… all at the same time. And here’s the truth: you don’t need a discount to create momentum.
A quick word to my Inner Circle members:-
Many of you recently participated in my MoneyMaker’s Mindset Inner Circle 30-60-90 Challenge—leveling up your branding and marketing just in time to roll out Black Friday specials.
But for some of you… life was lifing. You didn’t hit the finish line the way you planned—and that’s okay.
Because the next win is right in front of you: dropping something strong for the Christmas holiday season. And we can do that with strategy, not stress.
10 CEO Moves You Can Make Today (Even Without a Black Friday Offer)
1) Send a genuine “thank you” to your Top 10 clients
Not a pitch. Not an upsell. Just appreciation. Strong relationships create repeat business and referrals—especially going into the new year.
2) Reintroduce yourself by email (yes, even if it feels awkward)
Your audience needs reminders. People are busy—and they don’t always connect the dots on what you actually do.
3) Send a broadcast text to your warm network
Short and clear wins here. Think: family, friends, past clients, old coworkers, referral partners.
4) Record a voicemail broadcast (20 seconds)
A warm voice note builds trust fast when it’s professional and simple: holiday greeting + what you do + how to reach you.
5) Update your bio everywhere
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business, your email signature—your bio should do the selling for you.
6) Post your mission + vision (and say it like you mean it)
People buy from brands that feel aligned. If your audience doesn’t know what you stand for, they won’t know how to refer you.
7) Create a “Ways I Can Help” menu
One clean post listing your offers can unlock sales quickly—without discounts.
8) Survey your audience
Ask: “What do you need help with before year-end?” Their answers tell you exactly what to create next.
9) Map out your Cyber Monday + December plan
Black Friday isn’t the finish line. You still have: Cyber Monday, holiday travel season, year-end decisions, and a fresh January coming fast. Create one simple plan: one offer, one audience, one message, one CTA.
10) Create a Q1 waitlist
Even if your next offer isn’t ready, you can build demand now. A waitlist turns “maybe later” into “I want next.”
